Water lentils are a new ingredient in the protein powder industry, having it raw with water is one way to take it although it will taste like matcha, and very leafy which is perfectly fine. However, if you have been taking water lentils for a while and you would like to make things more interesting. We have made what we believe is the simplest and tastiest recipe that you can make in your home to add an extra kick to spice up your day.
The only ingredients you would need are Prodex Water Lentils, bananas, honey or sweetener of you choice and some almond milk.

Ingredients:
Bananas – 50g (half banana)
Almond milk – 150g
Honey – 30g (1-2 Tablespoons)
Prodex Water Lentils – 15g (Half scoop)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s smooth and you can enjoy your Prodex Banana Protein Smoothie.
